Builders Warehouse Newmarket Mall Incompetence

Checked the website. 57 bags of anthracite in stock at the Newmarket Mall Branch. On arrival at the store I am informed there is no stock for sale due to the bags bursting after being stored in the sun for many months. On returning home I checked the website again to see still 57 bags in stock. An elementary error or sheer incompetence? Surely stock levels should be revised as soon as a product is sold or rendered unfit for sale. Sadly apologies don't pay for wasted time and travel costs. And this from a business whose holding company recently announced they want to develop eCommerce and compete with Takealot.
