This branch of Builders Warehouse is the worst in the country due to staff not giving customers assistance, you need to walk around the shop to find someone to assist you, the particular departments don't seem to have a dedicated person to assist customers in need of finding are having any questions specially the plumbing department where the products are in disarray, products as advertised are most times not in stock although it will show on the website that particular branch do have stock, the prices vary greatly, with the result it's wasted time and costs to drive to that store many times and they don't have what they advertise on their website, I strongly recommend customers not to visit that branch and their utterly useless staff
