Today I bought a cordless garden sprayer XPS-18 for R1100 with big words: CORDLESS GARDEN SPRAYER and when I got home, to my surprise no battery pack or charger and by investigation, in small scripts at the bottom of the box indicating battery and charger not included. SO DEAR BUILDERS WAREHOUSE AND RYOBI, I will return this and I will never buy from your stores anything nor from Ryobi as both of you are engaging in selling products at the most expensive price and leaving out a core components. THIS IS UNJUST IN ANY TERMS SO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND SHUFF IT UP YOUR ASSES!!!! You just lost another client, and yes maybe I should read, but what **** you are engaging in by leaving out the core component that operates the product you are selling?
