Builders Warehouse Newcastle Incompetence and Disgusting Service

My parents bought flowers at Builders Warehouse in Newcastle. A week or so after the plants were purchased and planted they died, after having had spent R5000. My parents went back to the store and saw that the plants at the store were also dead. My parents were then shoved from pillar to post with no assistance everyone they spoke to passing the buck. The manager was very rude and eventually said he'll contact head office and get back to my parents which he has never done and this was at the end of April.

This was horrible and disgusting service from such a large store chain.
