What a bunch of pathetic ****s! When browsing online for items I required, I discovered that the local branch (Newcastle) did not stock the item. I physically went to the store to ask if they could order the item from another branch. They wanted to know from which department. REALLY!? What difference does it make whether it is from hardware or household? Point is, the item with all necessary codes is displayed online! Nobody could assist me in store and I was told that somebody would phone me the next day to assist. It is more than 2 week later already, and I am still waiting!! I have manufactured my own items quicker (and for cheaper, and more robust) than what they can "assist" me.
