Builders Warehouse Newcastle
Terrible service and attitude from manager at the Newcastle branch. Mrs.Xhosi Twala denied us entry to the store due to an infant not wearing a face mask. When asked why this would be required she stated "it's our company's policy that infants need to wear masks". Yet...."Masks should NOT be worn by children under the age of 2 or anyone who has trouble breathing, is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance". When challenged with this, her reply was "yes, everyone tells me about this". So would Builders Warehouse accept liability for forcing and infant to wear a face mask, due to their "company policy"?
