Builders Warehouse - New Trimtech burned out after second use no refund

SoI received communication back from Builders and it looks like the manufacturing company Trimtech is looking for an escape route saying that I replaced the 2 point power socket with a 3 point standard South African power socket and this void their warranty. Not taking responsibility for a motor that burned out on second use within 3 months. Firstly the 2 point power adapter keeps cumming loose as I am sure most South Africans will agree with me. So this is my next complaint. Anyway Trimtech will see my posts on all social media very soon and 1 unit will cost them dearly with this attitude. Lets give them some time to rethink this and then I will start the fire I will use all platforms locally and abroad. I will give them a fair change but I am not the kind of person that backs down they will soon find that out. If their products are bad then we want them off our shelves in South Africa period, unfortunately if builders protects them then they will go along with a bad review. I bought the unit from Builders and not Trimtech so their reputation is on the line as well. Regards Dawie
