Builders Warehouse New Road - lack of customer service by staff and pricing not visible

The Builders Warehouse on New Road may be less than 2 km from home, but one we will never use. Thankfully we have local alternatives.

1. Lack of pricing on products 2. Lack of service and skilled staff 3. Lack of social distancing at the tills albeit that the tellers are helpful

Unacceptable, not worthy of a discussion and a certainly not worth going to again.

Check the cameras should you be concerned about how the store is run or better still hold management accountable.

This is not a cost effective brand, which many would not be an issue provided it has differentiators to attract client. The combination of lack of service, staff speaking their own language, joking and not putting service first - well there is nothing that can remedy poor management and lack of service delivery.
