Builders warehouse New account no response for 3 months

I have been trying to open an account since January 29 2024. First I was given the wrong application to compete and two weeks later told that I must complete another application, which we did. I was then asked to resend the documents. Everything was sent on the 18th of February. I have sent reminder emails and phoned in on several occasions. I am promised that a follow up will be done and I will receive feedback, but I do not get any feedback or response. April will be the 3rd month and still no feedback.
