Builders Warehouse Nelspruit. Not impressed

I ordered 2 x Gemini remotes last night for collection today by Carl Portwig at the Nelspruit branch, i therefor made the order in his name so he can collect it for me. It states online the branch has 4 in stock, after my order it states 2 in stock and still in stock. Im from Knysna and will be there next weekend therefor i ordered it now to be sure its collected before i get there for me. This morning i missed a call from the nelspruit branch, after calling back, holding om for nearly 20mins being put through about 8 times i was told will be called back. So i was called back, to be told there is no stock? But still after my order it reflects 2 in stock, also there is no 15% discount as advertised on the website on your first order. I really just want to know WILL it be there before next week friday as i need to make arrangements to get it collected. Otherwise please just cancel the order amd refund it back to my card as i can order it elsewhere and have it in a days time. Really not impressed with this service, nobody now knows when there will be stock after it has been paid and ordered for instock items. Gemini remotes are produced in south.africa by Gemini and i already called them they have thousands in stock.
