Builders Warehouse - moving backwards!

I don't think Builders Warehouse even cares about providing a service to the public! They have this single number call system and only once (or rather if) someone answers, then you can be transferred to the branch you want to speak to. But then the branch don't answer (Herm**** in this case) and you're back to the operator at the single call centre!!

I mailed Builders a week ago for a quote on an item, to be collected at the Herm**** branch. Only after a week I got a response: "sorry for the delay but do you still want the quote?" Duh!!!

S that's when I phoned this call centre....just to be more frustrated 10 minutes later!!! Luckily there are more hardware shops in Herm**** and that's where I'll be taking my business going forward.
