Builders Warehouse Montana do not have any workers to assist at courtyard section

No Service at Builders warehouse Montana.

I went to the courtyard department today 02/01/2019, More or less 11:30. Just to find 2 personnel on duty, but they were no were to be found. I stood at that desk for about 7 minutes and still no one came to help. I then asked the Manager lady if she can assist me, and she only rep**** "someone will help you sir". I also took a few photos of the desk to prove that there is no one on duty at the courtyard section at Builders Warehouse Montana at 11:30 on a normal working day.

As I walked back through the store I realized that the electrical department had the same problem and then I saw about 50 % of all the staff on the floor was just standing around and they weren't keen on helping any clients at that moment.

Why don't builders warehouse Montana just close there doors if they do not want to help all the people, or should we blame this on POOR management.

I Stay in Villieria, and I promised myself that I will never go to Builders Gezina, because they are even more *********** than builders Montana. This is why i drive all the way to builders Montana and I have been a regular customer at Gezina. It seems to me that this problem is a Builders Warehouse problem the will surface after a few years of doing business
