Builders Warehouse Midrand

The disrespect I got from Builders warehouse in Midrand! I bought a defy fridge about 2 weeks ago and when I opened it, it was damaged and chipped on the top corner. I was then told by the manager that they'll deliver a new one. It's been over 10 days and they keep on telling me that their bakkie has broken down, for over 10 days?! I'm really disappointed
