Builders Warehouse Midrand

I must say that I have had the most horrible experience with Midrand Builders Warehouse bought a vacuum cleaner Genesis CycloVac used 8 times (only to vacuum 2 rugs) stopped working! took it back to the branch - dealt with Patience Raolane - no idea what she had to do.... called her floor manageress Lasego Manges - also no clue they don't exchange - but will have it repaired ( needless to say this is new and still boxed) eventually after throwing a tantrum - they called for the store manager - Vincent Seoketsa (attitude to die for!!!! ) waiting 45 min for him to possibly arrive on the Gautrain from his office UPSTAIRS............. low and behold - after the commotion they still insisting to have this NEW - used only 8 times vacuum for repairs! date (17 Sept 2021) finally got a call to collect on 3rd October 2021........ not tested by anyone in the store .....Lesego scrambling around to try and find the other parts and the box happy me - off I go with the vacuum - only to plug it in - use it for 2 seconds......and ****!!!! blew up!!!! so be aware as its NOT written on the aisle WE ONLY EXCHANGE AFTER 7 DAYS!!! false advertising - as there is supposed to be a years guarantee on electrical goods!
