Builders warehouse ****mers

I bought power station since I am a soldier by progression with hope that I will utilise it when Im in the field. That was the 6th of January 2026 until today the 10th of February 2026 I haven't received my parcel when I call and as to whats happening. They told me that its out of stock but the strange part they cannot refund clients in time. I dont know what is the main problem because the lasy I was talking to the whole time she kept on saying she is still waiting for feedback from main supplier. I don't know whats so damn difficult to refund my money because you’re claiming that your out of stock. And the most irritating part Is, I had to call them my self to find out what is happening. Meaning they are ****ming people if you don't call they keep quite ****** ****mers

I am so irritated with the their stinking poor service I will take this matter I am only giving them till month end. Because I payed same time, but my refund takes decades to rich me
