Builders warehouse manager bad service

I went to builders warehouse to buy a grinder, cutting discs, and some other things that cost me R481. A transaction was done on my bank card, but the till decided to freeze. The cashier had to reboot the till. When it rebooted it didn't show the transaction. An indian manager called peter came to the till and he was gone for 30min with no answer to check the system. I asked for another manager his name is shair he said the problem was my card i must leave the things i was buying they will call me tomorrow. Shair capt on blamming me. I have never been so angry standing at the till for 1hour 30min was very unfair at the end be blamed for the non function of builders warehouse tills. An indian guy passby me and said this thing happend to him. He has been waiting for 2hours for reflection of the transaction. Builders warehouse dont ever make mr shair to address customers.
