What shocking service, place an order scheduled to arrive month later, that just never arrived, no call, follow up or correspondence After me as client follows up repeatedly, eventually end up with a call from the Edenvale branch, from the most uninterested, lethargic staff advising half the items are out of stock Having cancelled the order no one can tell me when it will get refunded Obviously during the corona pandemic.Builders Warehouse is making too much money to care about individual clients Never again, shop somewhere else where they actually balue their clients
