Builders Warehouse ludicrous delivery costs

I have suddenly noticed a DRASTIC increase in delivery costs in my last few transactions-My place is LESS THAN 1 km from Builders Tokai and my last 3 deliveries of a bunch of SMALL items have been R280 EACH! That is more than 25 percent of each order. Their direct opposition up the road have a flat rate of R35 or R50 depending on size of item. I am a longstanding Builders client but guess where I will NOT be doing any online shopping in future!!! I welcome any comment from Builders regarding this LUDICROUS delivery pricing.
