Builders Warehouse losing the plot!

The 22% plus acc fees PLUS the credit protection fees became too much, so I decided to close my account with Builders Warehouse.

I already paid my monthly amount of R700 and asked Builder's how much I owed them. They quoted an amount of almost R9000, I asked them whether they had taken the R700 into account of which they were adamant that they did. I played their amount in full only to discover that I was over charged with R774.

When I queried it I had to submit proof of the R700 paid, this was done. Now I must supply proof that I paid the R9k as well?? What the hell! Their dysfunctional app showed all payments made, it will not allow you to download statements, and still I have to provide proof of payment??

What are all the account fees for then if you cannot manage at all? Pay back the money plus an reimbur*****t for acc fees poorly managed PLUS my time wasted!
