Builders Warehouse losing business because of Call Centre policy.

Im currently building 2 houses in George WC. To get hold of anyone in the George branch one has to call the 086 ...... number. It took me 10 minutes to get through. This is terrible company policy. Why cant costumers call the branch directly. Then to waste time, call centre still ask you a couple of questions! I dont blame Call Centre - I Blame the company and its policies.you guys are losing business to your competitors. All other group have direct lines. Special for guts like me that are building and are buying thousands of Rands worth of material.
