Builders Warehouse lives up to their warrantees

I bought a bar fridge online in 2022. Very soon it packed abnormal ice and defrosted when loadshedding happened, always a mess. I just thought it was Escom's fault, until I had family visiting, and they pointed out that the door seal was not closing, and that was the cause. Although I was already in month 15 of a 24-month warrantee, I asked that the seal must be replaced. As I live in a small town, Builders did not replace the seal, they replaced the bar fridge. Five stars to them, I have not had any defrosting or abnormal ice packing since.
