Builders Warehouse ****.
In December I bought a hob and oven. Arranged and paid for installation as recommended by them. The sales guy even reminded me to get a Certificate of Compliance from the service provider, electrician. It was installed and they promised to supply us with the COC the next day. Christmas came and went. No certificate provided. After many phone calls of complaints i:e been told that the COC is not in the terms and conditions!!! Your sales team is great but in the end Builders Warehouse you **** to me . As long as you make a sale it looks like nothing else matters. The rest of our renovations will be done through Leroy Merlin. Cheers!
