Builders Warehouse : Legendary Poor Service

I placed an order (3 Feb 2021) with the builder warehouse website. Used the payment option for instant EFT (PAYU.COM). The payment was deducted from my bank account , but did not reflect on the builders warehouse system. I have made 8 phonecalls and sent 6 emails with no success in bringing this matter to a resolution . Due to the delay i went down to a builders warehouse , placed a new order and got it delivered , this was paid for by credit card. I simply would like a refund of the amount that i paid online. I have spoken to Zonke , Anastasia , Aisha , Jolene and other call centre operators. I have requested to speak to a manager to file a complaint. I have requested to have this referred to senior management . No success. Please dont use builders online system , as their systems are poor and not service orientated.
