Builders Warehouse lack of urgency.

Bought a Ryobi generator from Builders Warehouse, Klerksdorp, on 11 July. It broke on a Friday, within 6 days. Unfortunately I could only return it the Monday, 18 July ,now on 8 days. Still haven't heard from them...

I wouldn't have had this issue had I purchased at Game...same product going for R500 cheaper.

A bit of a letdown for such a large chain store...
