Builders Warehouse know what they are doing, keeping people happy!

I have been making purchases at different hardware stores in my area for years, Cashbuild is the worst when it comes to customer service and Leroy Merlin talk a big talk but are not really that good. However, at Builders Warehouse in Strubens Valley my experience has always been good. One incident stands out clearly, I was at the store to check on a delivery of internal doors that I had ordered. I did not take my purchase slip with me but I thought that I would just check with them. A lady by the name of Kgothatso Mola said that it was no problem that I did not have my slip, she would check for me without it. After digging around for a little bit, and to my surprise, she found the purchase and she advised me that she would be able to deliver the next day and they did!

A little extra effort from her and now I make most of my purchases at Builders Warehouse in Strubens Valley.
