Builders warehouse Kempton Park poor service

So today i went out to the Kempton park Builder warehouse where i purchased a 18mm Ply sheet. I've paid for it and its supposed to be loaded from their storage rack and brought out to my car.NO ONE HELPED ME WHEN I ASK FOR HELP THEIR WORKERS LAUGHED AT ME AND TOLD ME I MUST FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME.So I've loaded it myself and took it out to my car.At This stage its all thumbs up for Leroy Merlin.

Rather support people who care about their business than giving people business that are rude and un helpful and unskilled as well
