When a person purchased paint from builders warehouse Kempton Park, and there's a problem with the paint, there store manager Frans is the first in line to tell a person that you are not entitled to a refund on paint. Well no where on there slips terms and conditions does it state that mixed paint is non-returnable or non-refundable.

This is beyond words, even the staff which works there is is not very helpful at the paint department, how do you gi e a paint sample to a client and the paint sample is wet. This is by far the worst builders.
