Builders Warehouse keeps your money, worst treatment I have ever received. Don't shop there!!!!

We are sitting after 2 months waiting for a refund and they are still arguing with us. They REFUSE to give me my money back. We have had to drive there 4 times now with no result. Suddenly they have found a report that states we didn't put oil in the machine, which we know we did. When we asked originally for the report as to what was wrong, they didn't have a report for us. I am out of R1800, they are sitting with the chainsaw and all I want is a refund to buy another one from somewhere else. They have treated us unbelievable badly, when all that has happened, I bought a chainsaw that doesn't work, took it back, waited for 1 month because of their policy to repair, got it back, were told that it works and it doesn't and now I want my money back. It is a lot of money, besides the principle of the situation, We are the customer, their product doesn't work and they are sitting with my money. I will never shop at Builders Warehouse again and I will be sure to tell this disgusting treatment to everyone. I will also not stop writing reviews on all platforms until I get my full refund.
