Builders Warehouse item never delivered

Ordered a fridge online from Builders Warehouse Gezina 16 March 2022. After order the system showed delivery 31 March 2022. Though I had a problem when trying to pay, eventually the payment went through. I followed with customer services the next day, again reassured that the order was in progress and advised to also mail proof of payment to info@builders which I did. Follow-up with customer services again and was informed that on the system the order was ready for delivery. The customer services agent transferred me to the branch in Gezina to arrange for delivery. The dispatch department informed me that they don't have my order and I must come to the shop which I did. They promised to give feedback after investigations, but they never did. I realized after I saw lot of negative reviews about Builders Warehouse that they don't care about their business reputation.
