Builders Warehouse is useless

I ordered online and wanted to cancel the order over the phone. The call center is useless. Im on hold for 15mins before they cut the call. When i do get through they just hang up. I had to drive 28km to the store to cancel it. They couldnt do it while i was there because the manager wasnt there. Still waiting for the notification. Trying to call again. Will most likely have to drive there again
