Builders Warehouse is not worth the trouble

Every time I go to a Builders Warehouse store, specifically the one at Atterbury Value Mart, it is a mission to find someone in-store to assist with anything. Generally the staff just stand around chatting with each other, and you are left to your own devices. With this in mind, I tried ordering online. This was even worse! You are limited to the store closest to you, if this store does not have stock, you have to look for another store ect. When I finally ordered, I was told delivery would be in two days. Two days later I started requesting info, only to be told the courier had not even picked up the parcel yet. The online chat function takes forever, only for them to tell you the store will contact you, which never happens.

Take my word for it, ordering online is a complete waste of time and effort, and looking for help in-store is just as bad.
