Builders warehouse is no good

On the 10th I purchased online on the builders warehouse site, payment went through and they said they’ll deliver within 2days time, on the12th when I tried to trace my order I couldn’t log in the site, told me my account is inactive or so, I went to the shop in Worcester, when they logged in from their system they couldn’t find my order, the admin manager helped a lot with trying to call the online people to change my order so that she could give me coz they had in the shop, but no luck, after 16:00 they were no longer taking calls, I was working the whole weekend and yesterday to go back to the shop, today it’s the 17th still no delivery or even sms or email from builders warehouse online regarding my order
