Builders Warehouse is a flop

Hi. I placed an online order for Order Number *** for five items at Builders Warehouse on the 30th of October 2024. On Friday the 1st of November 2024 only three of the five items were delivered without any notification as to what happened to the other two items. I sent them an email on the very same day but they only responded to me on Saturday saying that I must expect the other pending items on Monday the 4th of November 2024 but nothing was delivered to. I again sent them an email again enquiring about the two pending items without any respond. I sent them an email again on Tuesday where they only responded on Wednesday through a call from their consultant Dimpho who called Builders Warehouse to enquire whereby she received a respond that they are out of stock but will try to some other shops and will call me before the end of their business day which is 6pm. Since now I haven't receive any call from them. They said in their app that for online orders it take 2 - 5 days but for them is more than that. Another thing their customer service is very poor because they were supposed to update me every day about my pending order. I'll say Game and Takealot delivery is very fast unlike Builders Warehouse which is a flop.
