Builders Warehouse is a bust

I received dismissal, service at two builders warehouse branches the one in atturbury and gezina. I bought equipment to renovate my bathroom for R40000 my toilet seat and basin attached to my vanity cabinet were missing. I went to the branch in atturbury to see if i could get help because it's closer to my work and was told they couldn't help me, I went to gezina and they told me the toilet i bought with my money was out of stock and they couldn't give me the seat. When i received the delivery i noticed that the box was resealed but it wasn't until my plumber started unpacking did i notice that my stuff was missing. So i paid for everything for the renovation however i am left with a toilet that has no seat. The service needs to improve drastically, this is not the first time i have issues with builders warehouse.
