Builders Warehouse installation services costly and non existent.

I bought two doors online that was duly delivered; paid R2000 for the installation extra. Nearly a month later and after numerous phone calls and empty promises, appointments made and not kept I am fed up and out of pocket. They must refund me or do the installation ASAP. Enough is enough.
