Builders warehouse Installation service is terrible

Do not waste your money getting them to do the instal we paid them to install carpets and tiles we were told they will come on Friday the took out one carpet they did not even have any tools and did not clean up their the mess. It is now Tuesday 10am and nothing has been done since Friday. We continued calling to no avail so word to the wise do not use builders to install at you house.
