When it comes to Builders Warehouse online trade Do not buy online. Its BUILDERS Warehouse norm to mislead buyers when ordering online and cannot deliver the said product. You struggle to communicate with them either online, mail or through their contact center. They conveniently do not respond to any mail or do not return a call when promised. After 2 weeks they refused to indicate/give reason regarding the delivery status on a Defy chest freeze I bought online.
