Builders Warehouse incompetence !

I have never experienced such incompetence from a company ever!!!. I have been to builders warehouse in Soweto and the delivery of the goods has been a nightmare. They say they not even allowed to enter my yard with a small truck that is just delivering River sand. I have never been so frustrated in my life.! Where is the logic in that - don't you know the difference between a small truck and a 10 ton truck- What a waste of my time and money - Builders warehouse should be grateful that they still getting customers. I spoke to the Manager Vule Ranulongo and he asked me to cancel the delivery. Well I did just that !!!!!. Thanks for nothing Builders warehouse !!!!!!!
