Builders warehouse incompetence

Good day I would like to express the disgusting service I received from Builders Warehouse.On the 7/9/2023 I placed on online order on their app of 6000 bricks from their supplier payment was made and expected date of delivery was the 15/9/2023.A Mr George from tygerberg warehouse called me confirming by delivery for Friday, on Thursday 14/9/2023 I get an sms stating that my order has been cancelled the same George calls nd telIs me I should not worry about the cancelation sms they busy fixing my order and that I should make another payment into my builder account of which I did he then told me that definitely the order will be delivered on Saturday, Saturday came no delivery when I could the store I was told that they waiting for head office to approve my order because the amount that was on the app and I paid for was below their cost price, now tell me whose fault is this why am I being Inconvenience due thier own incompetence my builders are waiting on this bricks my whole project is on a stand still
