Builders Warehouse in Helderberg - Terrible service.

I placed an order on the 20th of a month and Builders notified me that delivery is going to take place on the 4th of the following month. Not only did the delivery not take place, but Builders never communicated that there is a delay, so the call-out fee for the installers is lost. I had to continually follow up with them to determine when the next delivery date would be. When the item finally did arrive during the following week, it was the wrong item. Once again I had to continually follow up with them have the incorrect item removed. Builders came to collect the incorrect item and I asked for a refund, which they said they would pay. No-one has contacted me regarding the refund.
