Builders Warehouse horrible customer service!

Worst experience ever!

Went to Builders N1 City who said i should go to Builders in Cape Gate. Who then told me to go back to builders N1 city, which i am still waiting for my plant which i paid for last week, delay is due to the fact that they allowed me to pay for a product that is sold out? I asked for a ETA on the delivery and they said they will call me back, received no call, I had to give them a call 3 times in one day to ask for a update?? What customer service is this? Sent emails as well and still no feedback?

Was told everything will be delivered on Tuesday already. Its Thursday now and still no answer as to when everything will be resolved!
