Builders Warehouse Helderview

This is my second time reporting the poor service at Builders Warehouse. To make a long story it has been more than 2 weeks since i purchased a door at Builders and still no door. All these complaints are rep**** to with an apology which means absolutely nothing. Promises that are never kept and no compensation for wasted money and time. In the end of the day Builders Warehouse is not a reliable or trustworthy brand and I would advise anyone planning to build or renovate their homes to rather make use of other stores such as Build it and Brights who offer the same items for a more affordable price and most importantly make effort to ensure the proper service delivery is met.
