Builders Warehouse has ZERO customer service on delivery issues

What is most frightening is that you reply to your reviews, but you still have over 4000 bad reviews only like 600 good ones. Seems not much is changing in your customer service department at all. I was delivered 250 bricks short for some incredible important paving that I needed to complete after securing my home's foundation before the rains begin again as we have recently bought a house that is built on clay and due to lack of paving down the side of the house, it keeps slipping every heavy rainfall! We have fixed the issue but HAD to secure paving before the rain. I explained this all to Builders Warehouse in Constantia, as well as their customer care line, and was treated with a rude phone call from a woman that basically accused my husband of being at fault 'because he signed for the delivery' - as if he was to hold their crane drivers up while he stood in the rain and counted 550 bricks in order to be 100% sure Builders Warehouse had done their job adequately. Despite explaining the immense urgency and the cost in hiring all the tools and builders to complete this job, they are still ignoring my mails and calls and request for help in delivering the outstanding bricks almost 7 days later. We had massive rainfall today and still, they show zero interest in helping or rectifying their mess up.
