Builders warehouse has the worst service.

I bought and paid for a Bosch fridge freezer online, from Builder warehouse on the 6 December 2021. I had to choose the closest branch for delivery. So Klerksdorp, North West province was the closest. The Builders warehouse website gave me the date of the 20th of December 2021 when delivery would be made. Nothing was delivered and nobody notified me why it was not delivered. On the 27th I called the website customer service and they said that I had to go into the store at Klerksdorp to find out where the fridge was. All I was told by the Builders delivery team is that they don't know where it is. I waited till today, 10th January 2022 and still no fridge. I called the customer service again but nobody can tell me where the fridge is.
