Builder's Warehouse Happy ending

I very recently bought a Defy washing machine online, from builders. The machine was delivered by 3 very helpful guys. There was a matter that was a problem for me and I contacted Builder's. They sorted things out in no time. A situation that had the potential to become unpleasant, turned around by a handful of very well trained persons. Thanks.
