Builders Warehouse Great service

I sort to purchase a pocket drill online and after much online searching I settled to buy a Kreg forman from builders online. I was initially interested in the Kreg4 and after the builders add popped up at me several times I bit to buy the Kreg forman. I paid for the item but the sale went off incomplete.

I then went into my nearest Builders Warehouse in Pietermaritzburg Victoria road to seek help. I Got into chatting with the store manager william. Most obviously I would had to prove the sale and proof of payment. Which I did. After discussions with head office. William got back to me and said they would honour the sale and explained they don't have any instock in SA, and an Import is on the water to me. I was also informed through the g****vine that the item was not suppose to be online and was incorrectly priced. Out of good service builders took the knock. On top of the 5000 I paid builder paid another 5000 to supply me a tool I really wanted. I honestly did feel bad for their loss and my gain. I still needed the tool. So I sort to buy the kreg4 anyway while I waited for the Kreg forman. I purchased the k4 through builders warehouse aswell. To top off builders honoring their add and sale online they also sent me a loan tool to use in the mean time while I waited for my new one to arrive. William sort through his network to find a loan kreg forman to use in the mean time. This was a huge help to my project an I was very grateful. My new in the box kreg forman finally arrived and iv had it for months sitting in the box as I had the kreg 4 keeping me going. I opened it this week as I had multiple drilling to do and found it to be of USA standards plug point and voltage. I spoke to William again and it took him 3 days to get me a replacement.

I would like to thank William and his team at Victoria road builders for their great service. Your work does not go unnoticed. From taking months to supply a tool to 3 days shows that builders is serious about correcting service issues and are at the for front of better and faster. I would like to thank Builders head office for honoring my sale despite the loss.
