Builders Warehouse good to take money but not to deliver goods bought

Good Day, Last week I paid in Cash R4025 for Brick Cladding.

I called today, spoke to the person I bought it from at Builders Express Worcester. He can't tell me when my cladding will be collected in Stellenbosch Branch. I explained my situation that Contracter only have Ladders and Platforms till Thursday. I have 3 days to complete the cladding but Builders is now causing extreme expenses because I will have to take out another few thousand to rent equipment.

They keep on telling, they will call me back. I have spoken to the consultant and the Manager. They don't call me back. Service is really really bad and it is my second time that I experience it. Last was the laminating floors. After 2 weeks of waiting, I had to hire my own transport to go and collect it at Builders Express Worcester.

Is service delivery not inportant, it seems that money paid is waiting for what you paid for.

I won't held up my breath , cause the last weekend (Saturday) I called, nobody came back or can give me an indication when they will fetch the cladding in Stellenbosch. If they can just get it, I will have again out of my own pocket, will go to them and pick it up myself.

I have called several times, without any luck I am not able to speak to Branch Manager or Consultant again.

They promised that they will call back with an answer, which does not seem is going to happen at all.

Extremely Exstremely poor service - so customer service is not important. Only the money we spent. Further on, to hell with customer enquiries about their orders that does not come to be delivered or fetch at the other BUILDERS branches.

It is poor poor poor service.
