Builders Warehouse Gleneagles is really ****py

The staff at Builders warehouse Gleneagle really sucks - especially if you are a contractor. One has to go to the Quotation desk to obtain a quote for whatever you need ( and it is always the most expensive price in Jhb) and you will have to wait forever. Then eventually queue to pay and then another lack-lustre performance at the back of the store to collect your building material. What a nightmare. And the management is equally *********** - 5 years ago it was totally different.
