Builders Warehouse Glen Eagles Pathetic Service
Pathetic service received from the Glen Eagles branch. I they are 4 days overdue with delivery and after likely 17 calls to the head office (who were trying their best) the manager has never contacted me to discuss the matter and explain why my order is not delivered. Full payment was made before order confirmation and now there is radio silence. I will not ever support them again and I suggest you do not either because it seems there is a manager that simply does not care about the customers!

Elise (not sure on spelling but she is the manager at the branch) and still no delivery or even arrangement to get a code or exact GPS coordinates if they are confused. She blamed the courier despite it being an internal delivery. Clearly incapable of coordinating deliveries, how is she the manager?
