Builders Warehouse Glen Eagles have the WORST service

Builders Warehouse Glen Eagles have TERRIBLE service. I ordered online and the date given for delivery was two days later. The next day they call me to tell me the delivery is on the way, so I obviously haven't planned for it and ask them to deliver first thing the next morning-the day the delivery is meant to be dispatched. The gentleman confirms that they will do so. The next day I was transferred to at least 6 different people just to track my delivery that was showing as delivered on their system, and no one could assist with where my delivery was and what time it was going to be sent. Mind you the materials were being delivered 3 minutes away. Their service is terrible and I would never recommend that store to anyone.
